Jim’s work is great and if you’re here there’s a good chance you’ve already seen it. His illustrations have appeared in The Rocket, on Oxbow albums, The New Yorker… His work has been published by Fantagraphics among a long list of others. I always like artists for whom the style of the work is in service of the content, and Jim pushes that idea to delicious extremes.
